Unsolicited Ideas Policy

At Juul Labs, we love to hear that you share the same passion for our products as we do and we are always happy to hear from members of the JUUL community. However, because we are passionate about our products and we take our intellectual property very seriously, Company policy does not allow Juul Labs and its employees and contractors to accept, review or consider any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, proposals, materials or the like (generally referred to as “SUBMISSIONS”). Please do not send or provide any SUBMISSIONS in any form to Juul Labs or any of its employees or contractors. We hope the community will understand that the purpose of this policy is intended to help Juul Labs avoid misunderstandings or disputes when Juul Labs’ products, services, technologies, advertising, promotions, marketing strategies, or other content developed internally by Juul Labs employees might seem similar to SUBMISSIONS provided to Juul Labs.

If, despite our request that you not send us your SUBMISSIONS, you still submit them, then regardless of what your correspondence says, the following terms will apply to your SUBMISSIONS:

TERMS FOR SUBMISSIONS You agree that: (1) your SUBMISSIONS and their contents along with any related intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, etc.) will automatically become the property of Juul Labs, without any compensation to you; (2) your submissions are not covered by any related intellectual property rights that you are not authorized to fully transfer to Juul Labs; (3) Juul Labs may use or redistribute the SUBMISSIONS and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (4) there is no obligation for Juul Labs to review the SUBMISSIONS or to reply in any way to your submissions; (5) there is no obligation to keep your SUBMISSIONS confidential and (6) Juul Labs may store your contact or personally identifiable information associated with the SUBMISSIONS.

FEEDBACK. Any feedback you provide to us shall be deemed to be non-confidential and not proprietary. Juul Labs shall be free to use and redistribute such information on an unrestricted basis, without any compensation to you.
